How it works

Software, explained without the jargon

If you've never worked with a software company before, here's everything explained in plain language — what things mean, what the process looks like, and what you can expect.

What do "custom software" and "app subscription" actually mean?

Custom website or app

Think of this like getting a suit tailor-made instead of buying one off the rack. We design and build it specifically around how your business works — your branding, your customers, your process. It costs more and takes longer than a ready-made option, but it fits exactly.

Ready-made app subscription

This is like renting an already-built app that solves a common need — for example, taking bookings. You pay a fixed amount every month and can start using it right away, without waiting for something to be built from scratch.

Our process, step by step

1

Tell us your idea

You describe what you need in plain language — no technical terms required. We ask simple questions to understand your business and your customers.

2

We plan & quote

We turn your idea into a clear plan: what will be built, how long it will take, and what it will cost — in writing, before any work starts.

3

We build it

Our team designs and builds your website or app, and shows you progress along the way so there are no surprises at the end.

4

You launch & grow

Once you're happy, we launch it live. We're also available afterward for support, fixes, or adding new features as your business grows.

Is this right for me? What do I actually get out of it?

Before you commit to anything, it's worth asking what you'd actually gain. Custom software or an app is usually worth it if one or more of these sound like you:

  • You're spending a lot of time on manual work — bookings, orders, or record-keeping — that software could speed up.
  • You want your business to look more professional and trustworthy online.
  • You're losing potential customers because you don't have a website or app yet.
  • You have a specific process that generic tools don't handle well.

We'll always give you an honest opinion during the first conversation — including telling you if a ready-made app would serve you better than a custom build, or if it's not the right time yet.
